Dr. Becca Nicholson is a naturopathic doctor, meaning she takes a holistic approach to your healthcare to achieve physical, mental, and emotional balance. She is passionate about teaching her patients how to heal themselves and become their own health advocate.
Dr. Becca spends the time it takes to listen to your whole story, review all necessary labs and discover the underlying cause of your health issues. She blends her knowledge of conventional and natural therapies to offer individualized treatments for the whole family using lifestyle and nutritional counseling, herbal and homeopathic therapies, massage, and hydrotherapy to help people feel great and prevent future illness. She can work alongside your primary care physician to provide comprehensive care.
Upon graduation from naturopathic medical school, Dr. Becca completed a 2-year residency in primary care at Sellwood Family Medicine in Portland. She then returned to her home state of Indiana, excited to offer much-needed natural healthcare to her fellow Hoosiers. Unfortunately, naturopathic medicine is not yet licensed in the state of Indiana, although the long process to licensure is underway. Therefore, Dr. Becca maintains an active license from the state of Vermont. Since Indiana is a pre-licensed state, she cannot offer primary care, prescribe pharmaceutical medications, or accept insurance at this time.

Dr. Becca received her Bachelor of Science in Biology with a Minor in Chemistry from Indiana University. She received her Doctorate of Naturopathic Medicine from National University of Natural Medicine (NUNM) in Portland, OR. While earning her Doctorate at NUNM she also received advanced training in classical homeopathy and botanical medicine from the New England School of Homeopathy and the Arctos School of Herbal and Botanical Studies. At NUNM, she completed an extensive clinical rotations in biomedical endocrinology with an emphasis on herbal therapies and in classical homeopathy.
